Crisis Text Line powered by Kids Help Phone is a service partnership between Kids Help Phone and U.S.-based crisis line and technology pioneer Crisis Text Line, providing young people in Canada with the first ever, 24/7, free nationwide texting service.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Complete a 30-minute application
- Get a Vulnerable Sector check
- Complete 30-hour web-based training
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work remotely anywhere with a computer and secure internet connection.
- Answer texts from people in crisis, bringing them from a hot moment to a cool calm through active listening, collaborative problem solving, and safety planning.
- Commit to 4 hours per week for 1 year
